GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1 - Field of application
1.1. These terms and conditions of sale apply:
(a) to all offers contained in this website - also called "site" - issued by Pérola do Tempo SA, hereinafter called COMPANY with registered office at Rua Luis de Camões LJ 43-A, NIPC 509 264 140 ; and under the business title no. T1047 of Jewelry Retailer - Site.
(b) all agreements and relationships concluded between the COMPANY and any customer who places orders through this website.

1.2. THE COMPANY only accepts orders for products through this website, subject to these terms and conditions of sale.

1.3. The general terms and conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and supersede all other terms and conditions, except by prior express written agreement. The COMPANY may occasionally modify certain provisions of its general terms and conditions, and these must be reread each time you visit the LojadoOuro.pt website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). We consider that when the order is validated, the customer automatically accepts our general terms and conditions of sale.

The products featured on this site are grouped into several categories: CATEGORIES . These categories are identified in the site's top menu. By choosing one of these categories, you will have access to the category belonging to the selected area, as well as the product list.
Each of these categories may also contain aggregated subcategories. Selecting a category or subcategory will give you access to the product list.
Products viewed on the website that you wish to order must be added to the shopping cart using the "Buy" option. You can also obtain more detailed information about the products viewed by clicking on the product name to access detailed images, their names and references, features, other models, etc.

2.2.2. Shopping Cart
Once you've added all the products you wish to order to your shopping cart, you can proceed and complete your order. To do so, follow these steps:

Only with this acceptance by the COMPANY will the agreement that binds lojadoouro.pt and the customer be formed, and of which these conditions of sale form part.
THE COMPANY may withdraw, at any time, any offer or change the indicated price until an agreement is reached with the customer.
The COMPANY cannot be held liable for any typographical errors.
The images displayed may not correspond to the products.

3 - Deliveries and Shipping Costs

3.2. THE COMPANY respects the deadlines for an order as long as stock is available.
In the event that one of the products ordered is not available in stock, the COMPANY will contact the customer by email or telephone within 15 days from the date of the order. The COMPANY will make its best efforts to deliver the products and/or services on the scheduled date, but cannot be held responsible in the event of a delay for any reason.

6 - Purchase Resolution

6.1. The customer has a maximum period of 15 working days to freely terminate the purchase agreement entered into with the COMPANY .

6.2. To do so, please contact us by email at apoiocliente@lojadoouro.pt or by phone at 244 835 486 (domestic landline cost) . The return of the products, as well as the delivery of replacements, the issuance of a credit note, or a cash refund, will be made on a date to be agreed upon. You must always return the products in their original packaging, with all accessories and the corresponding proof of purchase.

7 - Processing and Security of Personal Data

7.1. In compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law, the COMPANY 's customer and website user may, at any time, exercise their rights to access, rectify, cancel, and communicate their data through the following means: in the "My Account" area of the website, via EMAIL: apoiocliente@lojadoouro.pt , or by calling 244 835 486 (domestic landline cost) . The Payment Methods available for collection guarantee you payment upon delivery and, simultaneously, a maximum level of security, whether made in cash or check.

8.3. Pricing and Limitation to Existing Stock
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes and fees (VAT). Prices shown are exclusive to purchases made through this website.

The availability of products presented on the website is limited to current stock. Prices and other descriptions are subject to change without notice, including due to restocking.

8.4. Ownership of Contents and Distinctive Signs
All data and content on the website, including distinctive trade marks, are the exclusive property of the COMPANY or third parties and are therefore protected by law.

8.5. Errors in Content

9 - Legislation and Jurisdiction

Any agreements and documents to which these terms and conditions of sale apply are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes arising from any agreements or documents to which these terms and conditions of sale apply will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal.

10 - COMPLAINTS - ONLINE COMPLAINTS BOOK

To proceed with the complaint You must ensure you have all the necessary information and documentation to complete the form. After submitting your complaint on the Complaints Book Platform, you will receive an email with a link to validate the process. After validating the process, you must fill in your personal information and that of our company (Pérola do Tempo, SA) and complete the various fields of the complaint, namely the subject and events that occurred. You can also attach three files to support your complaint. Then, simply "send" the form. After completing these steps, you will receive a printable proof of your complaint by email.

When the complaint is submitted Through the Platform, the complaint is automatically sent to us (Pérola do Tempo, SA) and simultaneously to the sector's regulatory entity (ASAE). You will also receive a PDF copy of the complaint in your email.

Finally, you will receive a response to your complaint via the email address you provided when submitting your complaint.
