What interest rates apply to the Pledge Regime?

Under the terms of the provisions of paragraph 4 of article 20 of Decree-Law no. 160/2015, of August 11, which establishes the legal framework for the lending activity, it is hereby made public that the maximum remunerative interest rate and the maximum proportional daily rate to be charged in the lending activity are those set out in the table below.
