How does the payment process work?
Payment will be made in the final step of "Checkout," at the end of the purchase process, and will be essential for completing the order. Online payments can take up to 24 hours to be confirmed and received by our system. To protect against these situations, we reserve your order for 72 hours. However, if we do not receive payment within this period, we will contact you via your registered email address.

During checkout, you can pay using the following methods:
Visa
When selecting this option, you will be asked to enter your card details. You will then need to validate your payment through your bank's online banking platform using your 3D Secure code.
You also have the option to pay in instalments through Klarna or SeQura (credit providers).
Klarna — Split your purchase into 3 instalments
When selecting Klarna as your payment method, you will be redirected from our website to the Klarna app to complete your purchase. Please ensure you have the Klarna app installed on your mobile device and that you are registered as a Klarna customer before using this method.
Please note: Valid for orders up to €1,000.
SeQura — Split your purchase into 3, 6, 9 or 12 instalments
When selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the credit provider's platform, where you will need to enter your tax identification number (NIF) and the card details from which the instalments will be debited. Payments split into three monthly instalments incur no additional cost; instalments beyond three are subject to an interest rate.
Please note: Valid for orders up to €3,000.
Important note: For instalment payments via Klarna or SeQura, the assessment and approval process is handled directly by the respective credit providers' platforms. Loja do Ouro does not have access to your banking details and plays no part in the credit approval decision.

Yes. Loja do Ouro offers instalment payments through our credit partners Klarna and SeQura.
Klarna — Split your purchase into 3 interest-free instalments
When selecting Klarna as your payment method, you will be redirected from our website to the Klarna app to complete your purchase. To use this method, you must have the Klarna app installed on your mobile device and be registered as a Klarna customer prior to checkout.
Please note: Valid for orders up to €1,000.
SeQura — Split your purchase into 3, 6, 9 or 12 instalments
When selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the SeQura credit platform, where you will need to enter your tax identification number (NIF) and the card details from which the instalments will be debited.
- Payments split into 3 monthly instalments: no additional cost.
- Payments split into 6, 9 or 12 monthly instalments: subject to an interest rate applied by SeQura.
Please note: Valid for orders up to €3,000.
Once your order has been validated by the credit provider, we will proceed with dispatching your order. You do not need to wait until the final instalment has been paid to receive your jewellery.

Yes. Shopping at Loja do Ouro is completely safe. Our website uses encrypted connections (SSL), ensuring that all personal data and payment information is transmitted securely and confidentially.
We work exclusively with certified and recognised payment platforms, which guarantee the protection of your transactions at every stage. We never store credit card details or share your information with third parties.
Our credit partner providers, such as Klarna and SeQura, are responsible for processing and approving instalment payment requests. This process takes place directly on their own platforms and does not pass through Loja do Ouro. Our team has no access to your banking details or any financial information provided during that process.
