What are the interest rates applied under the Pawnbroking Regime?

Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 4 of Article 20 of Decree-Law No. 160/2015, of 11 August, which establishes the legal regime for the pawnbroking activity, it is hereby made public that the maximum remunerative interest rate and the maximum proportional daily rate to be charged in the pawnbroking activity are as set out in the table below.
