This Promotion aims to promote the GIVEAWAY - YARN AROUND THE WORLD and LOJA DO OURO's Social Networks

LOJA DO OURO is a brand of the company Pérola do Tempo, Sa. headquartered in Luís de Camões Street, Lot 43-A, Cork Oak 2400-013 Leiria.

Participation is valid through LOJA DO OURO's social networks Instagram and Facebook. By participating in the GIVEAWAY - AROUND THE WORLD THREADS , you have a chance to win

ARTICLE 1: Conditions of participation

To participate in the GIVEAWAY - AROUND THE WORLD THREADS , must be 18 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 may only participate with the consent of their parents or legal guardians, who must provide their personal data.
You can participate in the GIVEAWAY - AROUND THE WORLD YARN following the Facebook and Instagram page of GOLD STORE , by "liking" the post and sharing it. You must also comment on the post with three friends' IDs.
Participants may participate more than once, as long as they tag different friends in each comment.
There are no additional communication costs involved in participating.
Employees of Pérola do Ouro, Sa. and any person involved directly or indirectly in any way in the development and administration of the GIVEAWAY - AROUND THE WORLD THREADS , cannot participate in this event.
You can participate in the GIVEAWAY - AROUND THE WORLD YARN during the period from April 14, 2020 to April 25, 2020, inclusive. After this period, there are no more opportunities to win the Prize.

ARTICLE 2: Decision on the winner

The winner will be selected through a random selection process based on the number of entries. Offensive entries will not be considered.
LOJA DO OURO - Pérola do Tempo, SA. will choose 1 winner of the prize and announce it on 04/27/2020.
The winner will receive a private message on Instagram or Facebook. They will be asked for their personal information so that the prize can be sent.
The prize will be sent to the winner within a maximum period of 10 business days, counting from the date of receipt of the data, to the address indicated by the winner – except in situations of logistical restrictions that may extend the shipping period.
Prize winners have 30 days from notification to accept the Prize. If they fail to do so, the Prize will be awarded to another participant or withdrawn entirely, at the discretion of LOJA DO OURO - Pérola do Tempo, SA.
The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

A LOJA DO OURO - Pérola do Tempo, SA will respond to any complaint within ten business days of receiving the complaint.
