Every precious-metal piece is hallmarked by the Portuguese Assay Office of the Imprensa Nacional-Casa da Moeda (INCM). Gold jewellery includes a Certificate of Authenticity issued by qualified Official Appraisers, stating fineness, weight and dimensions; silver pieces include a guarantee and certification card.
